When I first stepped into this issue, the environment was filled with confusion, misinformation, fear, and silence. Many victims had resigned to their fate, believing that no one would fight for them. Government departments moved slowly, legal processes seemed inaccessible, and those responsible for the fraud continued to manipulate narratives.

At that time, I was repeatedly questioned and criticized:

These accusations were not merely discouraging—they were attempts to delegitimize the only emerging voice that was willing to confront a well-organized financial conspiracy. I faced personal attacks, character questioning, and coordinated attempts to demoralize the movement. Yet, I remained steadfast.

As a trained professional with policing and investigative experience, I possessed the technical understanding required to:

• trace financial patterns,
• dissect documentation,
• identify corporate camouflage,
• interpret government orders and legal provisions, and
• understand the modus operandi of fraudulent establishments.

This background allowed me to lead the movement strategically, not emotionally. While others expressed anger and frustration, I focused on:

• evidence collection,
• victim classification,
• legal documentation,
• coordination with authorities,
• preparing structured representations, and
• educating victims about their rights under law.

Realizing that the fight could not remain informal forever, and that legal standing was essential in court proceedings, I took the next major step: I established the Victims’ Rights Protection Trust (VRPT)—a formally registered trust with a clear mandate:

• to represent victims legally,
• to support litigation,
• to ensure transparency,
• to protect victim interests during attachment and auction processes,
• to challenge fraudulent narratives in courts, and
• to pursue compensation, interest, and damages.

This institutionalization gave the movement credibility, accountability, and legal standing, transforming it from a social initiative into a structured rights-protection mechanism.

Running this forum has not been easy. Over this year, I have:

• handled thousands of victim communications,
• prepared legal drafts, affidavits, and counter points,
• collaborated with lawyers and authorities,
• exposed misleading claims made by the accused,
• published detailed investigative reports,
• built online platforms for transparency,
• created databases of victims and evidence,
• maintained continuous updates,
• and ensured that not a single voice remains unheard.

Criticism, personal pressure, and resource limitations never stopped the work.

Because of this sustained effort:

• victims now have a unified platform,
• courts are receiving structured, factual submissions,
• government authorities are recognizing the magnitude of the fraud,
• and the legal battle has gained momentum.

What once appeared to be an impossible fight has now become a coordinated movement with legal direction, public awareness, and institutional strength.

My involvement was never driven by investment or personal financial loss. It arose from:

• a sense of duty,
• professional responsibility,
• social commitment,
• and the belief that fraud should not go unchallenged.

If thousands of innocent people were cheated, and no one stood up for them, then society would fail in its moral obligation.

With:

• a registered trust (VRPT),
• a rapidly growing victim base,
• increasing legal recognition,
• and a transparent information system,

the movement is now positioned not merely to defend victims, but to set a precedent in financial fraud cases in Telangana and across India.

My contribution over the past year is not just the formation of a forum or a trust. It is the establishment of:

• a voice for the voiceless,
• a structure for justice,
• a legal pathway for recovery,
• and a community bound by shared purpose.

From 55 individuals to over 4,200, from informal discussions to formal legal representation, this journey stands as proof that when one person takes responsibility with sincerity, courage, and vision, an entire system can be mobilized.

This is not merely a fight against DFI. It is a fight for truth, accountability, and the rights of every victim—and that mission will continue until justice is fully delivered.

నేను DFI విషయంలోకి అడుగుపెట్టినప్పుడు, వాతావరణం భయం, అపోహలు, గందరగోళం, నిశ్శబ్దంతో నిండిపోయి ఉంది. “ఇక మనకు ఏమీ దక్కదు” అనే రాజీనామా భావనతో చాలా మంది బాధితులు మౌనంగా వెళ్లిపోతున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల స్పందన మందగిస్తోంది, కోర్టు ప్రక్రియలు అందనంత దూరంగా అనిపిస్తున్నాయి, బాధ్యులైన వారు మాత్రం తమ కథనాలను ప్రజల ముందూ, అధికారుల ముందూ మలచుకుంటూ కొనసాగిస్తున్నారు.

అప్పుడు నాకు ఎదిరైన ప్రశ్నలు, విమర్శలు ఇవి:

ఇవన్నీ నన్ను వెనక్కు నెట్టేందుకు చేసిన ప్రయత్నాలు మాత్రమే కాదు – ఒక సుసంఘటిత ఆర్థిక కుట్రను బహిర్గతం చేసే స్వరాన్ని నమ్మకహీనంగా చూపించే ప్రయత్నాలు కూడా. వ్యక్తిగత దూషణలు, అనుమానాలు, నిందారోపణలు ఎదురైనా, నేను వెనుకడుగు వేయలేదు; నా నిర్ణయం దృఢంగా నిలిచింది.

పోలీస్ శాఖలో పనిచేసిన అనుభవం, విచారణా నైపుణ్యం వల్ల నాకు ఈ విషయంలో అవసరమైన సాంకేతిక అవగాహన ఉంది. దాని ద్వారా:

• డబ్బు ప్రవాహాన్ని అనుసరించడం,
• పత్రాలను విశ్లేషించడం,
• 46 కంపెనీల కార్పొరేట్ కవచం వెనుక ఉన్న కుట్రను గుర్తించడం,
• ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వులు, చట్టపరమైన ధోరణులను అర్థం చేసుకోవడం,
• మోసపూరిత ఫైనాన్షియల్ వ్యవస్థల పని తీరు (modus operandi)ని పట్టుకోవడం

అన్నిటిని నేను వ్యవస్థటీకృతంగా అర్థం చేసుకుని ఉద్యమానికి దారిచూపగలిగాను. ఇతరులు కోపంతో, నిరాశతో స్పందించిన చోట, నేను:

• సాక్ష్యాల సేకరణ,
• బాధితుల వర్గీకరణ,
• న్యాయ పత్రాల తయారీ,
• అధికారులతో సమన్వయం,
• సంఖ్యలతో, పత్రాలతో స్ట్రక్చర్డ్ రిప్రెజెంటేషన్లు,
• బాధితులకు తమ చట్టబద్ధ హక్కులపై అవగాహన కల్పించడం

వంటి విషయాలపై దృష్టి పెట్టాను. భావోద్వేగం కంటే బాధ్యత, వ్యూహం ప్రధానమయ్యేలా ఉద్యమాన్ని నడిపించాను.

ఈ పోరాటం కేవలం ఒక వాట్సాప్ గ్రూప్‌గానే, లేదా అనౌపచారిక వేదికగానే కొనసాగితే చట్టపరంగా కోర్టుల ముందు నిలబడే బలం ఉండదు అని నేను స్పష్టంగా అర్థం చేసుకున్నాను. అందుకే ముందడుగు వేసి, చట్టబద్ధమైన రూపంలో:

Victims’ Rights Protection Trust (VRPT) అనే ట్రస్టును నమోదు చేసి, ఉద్యమానికి అధికారిక రూపం ఇచ్చాను. ఈ ట్రస్ట్ యొక్క స్పష్టమైన లక్ష్యాలు:

• కోర్టుల ముందు నిందితుల దారి తప్పించే వాదనలను బలంగా ఎదుర్కోవడం,
• ప్రిన్సిపల్, వడ్డీ, నష్టపరిహారం, పరిహారం కోసం చట్టపరంగా పోరాడడం,
• ప్రతి దశను బాధితులకు పారదర్శకంగా తెలియజేయడం

దీనివల్ల ఉద్యమానికి విశ్వసనీయత, జవాబుదారితనం, చట్టబద్ధత లభించింది. ఒక సామాజిక సేవా ప్రయత్నం, హక్కుల సాధన కోసం న్యాయం కోసమే నడిచే చట్టపరమైన వేదికగా మారింది.

ఈ ఫోరమ్ నడపటం సులభం కాదు. ఈ సంవత్సరం నేను:

• వేలాది బాధితుల కాల్స్, మెసేజ్‌లను సమన్వయం చేశాను,
• కౌంటర్ అఫిడవిట్లు, లీగల్ నోట్లు, వాదనలను రెడీ చేశాను,
• న్యాయవాదులు, అధికారులు, బాధితుల మధ్య బ్రిడ్జ్‌గా పనిచేశాను,
• నిందితులు కోర్టులో చెప్పే తప్పుదోవ పట్టించే వాదనలను సాక్ష్యాలతో బహిర్గతం చేశాను,
• డీటైల్‌గా బ్లాగ్‌లు, రిపోర్టులు, అప్‌డేట్లు ప్రచురించాను,
• ఆన్‌లైన్ ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లు, డేటాబేస్‌లు నిర్మించాను,
• ఒక్క బాధితుడి స్వరం కూడా మర్చిపోకుండా రికార్డు చేశాను.

వ్యక్తిగత ఒత్తిడి, సమయం, వనరుల కొరత – ఇవన్నీ ఉన్నప్పటికీ, పోరాటం ఏ దశలోనూ ఆగలేదు.

ఈ స్థిరమైన కృషి ఫలితంగా నేడు:

• బాధితులందరికీ ఒక ఏకైక, విశ్వసనీయ వేదిక లభించింది,
• కోర్టులకు స్ట్రక్చర్డ్, ఫ్యాక్చువల్ సబ్మిషన్లు వెళుతున్నాయి,
• ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగం మోసం పరిమాణాన్ని సీరియస్‌గా గుర్తిస్తోంది,
• DFI పై నడుస్తున్న న్యాయపోరాటం వేగం, దిశ, బలం పొందింది.

ఒకప్పుడొకప్పుడు “ఇది అసాధ్యం” అనిపించిన ఈ కేసు, నేడు చట్టపరమైన మార్గదర్శకాలు, ప్రజల్లో అవగాహన, బాధితుల ఐక్యతతో ముందుకు సాగుతోంది.

ఈ ఉద్యమంలో నా పాత్ర, నా స్వంత పెట్టుబడులు, ఆర్థిక నష్టం వలన కాదు. ఈ పోరాటం ప్రారంభమైంది:

• నాకు ఉన్న ధర్మబద్ధ కర్తవ్య బోధన,
• సామాజిక బాధ్యత భావం,
• ప్రొఫెషనల్ డిసిప్లిన్,
• మోసం గెలవకూడదనే నిశ్చయంతో.

వేలాది నిరపరాధులు జీవితాంతం శ్రమించి సంపాదించిన డబ్బును కోల్పోయారు. అలాంటి సమయంలో, ఎవరూ ముందుకు రాకపోతే, సమాజం తన నైతిక బాధ్యతను నెరవేర్చలేదనే మాట నిజం అవుతుంది. ఆ మాట నిజం కాకూడదనే లక్ష్యంతో నేను ముందుకు వచ్చాను.

నేడు:

• నమోదిత ట్రస్ట్ (VRPT),
• రోజురోజుకూ పెరుగుతున్న బాధితుల బలం,
• కోర్టులలో, ప్రభుత్వంలో పెరుగుతున్న గుర్తింపు,
• ఆన్‌లైన్ పారదర్శక సమాచార వ్యవస్థ

– ఇవన్నీ కలిసినప్పుడు ఈ ఉద్యమం కేవలం DFI బాధితులకే పరిమితం కాకుండా, భవిష్యత్తులో ఇతర ఆర్థిక మోసాలకు కూడా ఒక నిదర్శనంగా నిలిచేలా దారితీస్తుంది. తెలంగాణలోనే కాదు, దేశవ్యాప్తంగా “విక్టిమ్ సెంట్రిక్” దృక్పథానికి ఇది ఒక మైలురాయి అవుతుంది.

గత ఒక్క సంవత్సరంలో నా కృషి, కేవలం ఒక ఫోరమ్ లేదా ఒక ట్రస్ట్ స్థాపనతో ముగిసిపోదు. నిజానికి అది:

• స్వరం లేని వేల మందికి స్వరం ఇవ్వడం,
• న్యాయం కోసం ఒక సుస్థిర నిర్మాణం ఏర్పాటు చేయడం,
• పునరుద్ధరణకు (Recovery) చట్టపరమైన మార్గాన్ని నిర్మించడం,
• ఒక్కొక్కరి బాధను సమిష్టి శక్తిగా మార్చే సమాజాన్ని తయారు చేయడం.

55మందితో మొదలైన ఈ ప్రయాణం, నేడు 4,200 మందికి మించి ఉన్న బాధితుల ఐక్య పోరాటంగా మారింది. అనౌపచారిక చర్చల నుండి హైకోర్ట్ ముందు చట్టపరమైన ప్రతినిధిత్వం వరకు – ఒక వ్యక్తి నిజాయితీగా బాధ్యత తీసుకుంటే, పూర్తి వ్యవస్థను కదిలించగలడనే సత్యాన్ని ఈ ప్రయాణం నిరూపించింది.

ఇది కేవలం DFI మీద పోరాటం మాత్రమే కాదు – ఇది నిజం, బాధ్యత, బాధితుల హక్కుల కోసం నడిచే ధర్మయుద్ధం. న్యాయం పూర్తిగా సాధించే వరకు ఈ పోరాటం కొనసాగుతుంది.
